Pipe Layout Construction

UCI worked with ONEOK’s operating team to reduce the amount of NPT on a slop tank at the Bushton Plant. The goal was to demolish existing process, fuel gas, and instrument air piping and install new piping and instrumentation with only 14 days of down time. UCI planned and constructed the new piping layout on site communicating the schedule to the operations team. The operations team was able to steam the tank on schedule and was able to get the tank back a day earlier.
