Earthwork and Grading Plant Expansion

This project consisted of site work for a $1,400,000,000 UREA Plant Expansion including all general earthwork and grading, subgrade and sub ballast for a railcar loop and loading facility, road grading and base rock, laydown area for new plant construction materials (60 acres), and storm drainage for the site.

• 170,000 CY of site fills
• 390,000 CY of site cuts
• 167 acres of site clear and grub
• 100,000 TNS of rock surfacing
• 35,000 TNS of rail sub ballast for 12,000 LF of rail
• 10,000 LF of storm drainage (6” to 60”)
• 37 each precast storm drainage structures
• 410,000 SY of subgrade prep
• 55,000 CY of topsoil for seeding
• 400,000 SY of finish grading
